1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any services provided by GGC99 through the ggc99.win website or our mobile app, you automatically accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance includes all supplementary policies referenced in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2 Account Eligibility

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• If an account is closed at the user's request, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 3–5 business days.
• Accounts suspended due to fraud investigations will not be permitted to make withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
• GGC99 is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for account closure related to internal investigations.

10 Limitation of Liability
